Training & Workshops
AI training for membership organisations
For political parties, trade unions, professional bodies and other membership organisations. Practical, hands-on and evidence-based, in Danish or English.
Let's talk →Where you probably are
AI use in your organisation has already started.
Hidden, uneven, often without guardrails. Individual colleagues are using AI where they see value, and mostly keeping quiet about it. In a membership organisation that carries an extra edge, because members expect to be communicated with by people, not by a machine.
That is exactly the moment training helps most: turning scattered personal experiments into shared capability, with the guardrails that make everyone confident rather than cautious.
Training
60–120 min · mixed-experience groups
AI Foundations
The session for getting a whole team to the same level. It covers the main bases, so everyone leaves with a shared understanding of what AI is genuinely good at, where it fails, and the art of the possible.
- Prompting that works, and the habits that separate useful output from polished nothing
- Reusable context and prompt patterns, so good practice spreads across the team
- Safe handling of data, in plain language
- A live, hands-on exercise on participants' own work
90–120 min · decision-makers
AI Foundations for Leaders
The same foundation, taught through a leadership lens. Ethics, compliance and strategic implications are built into how the material is covered, because decision-makers need to judge AI use, not just perform it.
- Everything in AI Foundations, framed for the people who approve and sponsor the work
- Ethics and compliance covered as part of each topic
- A decision framework for judging AI use cases
Half or full day · built around you
Bespoke training
We start from the work your team actually does, build the session around your use cases, and use your own material as the practice ground.
- Built from your tasks, your tools and your policies
- Anything from a focused deep-dive to a full day
- Materials your team keeps and reuses afterwards
Choose the tool you use, and see what the training covers in it.
Sessions run in the tool you already have.
Workshops
When you're ready to make decisions.
Two workshops. Each one produces something you keep, so you can take the one you need, when you need it.
Half day · leadership
AI Strategy & Policy Workshop
Answers the question every organisation eventually has to answer out loud: how should we use AI here? We work through the principles you want to hold to, where the lines sit, and which tools you standardise on.
- You leave with
- Your AI principles, a one-page AI policy people will actually read, and a decision on the tools you standardise on.
- Relevant when
- Nothing is agreed yet, and people are asking what is allowed without anyone being able to answer.
Half day · teams or leadership
AI Roadmap Workshop
Here it gets concrete. Grounded in your actual use cases, your existing use and your organisational goals, we map what is already happening, size the opportunities and sequence the work.
- You leave with
- A prioritised set of use cases with named owners, and a roadmap your organisation actually follows.
- Relevant when
- The direction is agreed, and the challenge is traction rather than direction.
Our philosophy
One deep change beats six siloed topics.
The six topics below all matter, and each one is useful on its own. They are worth more when they connect. We weave the same threads into a single journey, designed around one durable change: people wrestle with real problems before being taught, something changes every ten minutes, and nobody just watches. Everyone leaves having used AI on their own work.
Experience before advocacy
You cannot champion something you have not felt work. The first personal win, on a real task from your own week, is where doubt turns into curiosity.
Governance as a green light
Data protection, regulatory obligations and ethics taught as the thing that makes confident adoption possible. A simple traffic-light rule for data.
We practise what we teach
Every asset we train with is built with AI and refined by human judgement. We build AI tools for the sector, so the examples come from work we have done ourselves.
Does it work?
Participants, in their own words.
4.8/5
overall satisfaction at a recent training day for Danish NGO professionals
“The biggest thing was probably finding out that I can build whatever I want, entirely by myself.”
Julie, Mødrehjælpen · AI Summer School for NGO professionals, 2026
“I understand far more about the possibilities of AI in my work, and I have built relevant tools.”

Questions we get asked
The questions every organisation asks, answered plainly.
How are organisations actually using AI in 2026?+
Mostly for the work around the work: drafting and adapting written material, summarising long documents, cleaning and analysing data, preparing board and committee papers, and translating content. The organisations getting the most value have moved from individual experimentation to shared use cases per team, with simple guardrails. The biggest wins come from frequent, time-consuming tasks rather than from anything exotic.
Our staff are already using AI on their own. What should we do?+
Treat it as a head start, not a problem. Hidden, uneven AI use is the normal starting point in almost every organisation we meet. The leadership job is to make it visible and safe: agree which data can and cannot go into which tools, surface what is already working, and turn individual habits into team capability. Banning tools rarely works; it just pushes use further underground.
How do we adopt AI while staying GDPR-compliant and meeting regulatory requirements?+
Start with a simple data classification: what is public, what is internal, and what is personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive. Match each category to approved tools and settings (enterprise agreements, EU data residency, no training on your data). In most organisations the majority of day-to-day AI use touches no personal data at all, so a clear traffic-light rule unlocks confident use of the safe majority while protecting the sensitive minority. Governance done well is a green light, not a brake.
Which AI tools should we use? Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT?+
The honest answer: the one your organisation can govern and afford, used well. All three can deliver real value, and they behave differently. What matters more than the choice is testing prompts on your real tasks, using organisational accounts rather than private ones, and building shared prompt libraries so good practice spreads. We train tool-agnostic and tailor to whatever your organisation runs.
What does a good AI policy look like?+
Short enough that people actually read it. One page covering: which tools are approved, what data may go into them, where human review is required, and who to ask when unsure. The best policies are written as permissions rather than prohibitions, and they are taught, not just published. If your people can explain the policy in their own words, it is working.
What should AI training for staff cover?+
Less than you think, more deeply than you expect. A single session should aim for one durable change, not six topics. Prioritise hands-on work on participants' real tasks, a simple rule for data safety, and one prompting habit that immediately improves output quality. Leaders additionally need a framework for judging AI use cases and a plan for leading adoption in their teams.
