1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why
When you contact us or request a session
Your name, email address, organisation (optional) and your message. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to arrange a session.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Please don't include personal details about your supporters, members or service users in your message.
If you choose to receive emails from us
Your name and email address. You only get emails if you tick the box or sign up to the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
3. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and session requests: 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to an agreement.
- If an enquiry leads to an agreement, the related correspondence and invoices are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Hosting logs: as set by the hosting provider, typically a few days to weeks.
4. Who processes data for us

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data processing agreements are in place with our processors (art. 28).
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some processors may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the EU's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to anna@magneticconsulting.dk. We reply within one month.

7. Cookies
The website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
